On behalf of Tynagh Abbey Duniry hurling club welcome to our official club website, through which we propose to communicate with you our members, and supporters, at home and away, and keep you up to date on our club activities A special welcome to all visitors to this site, especially our former players and supporters, many who are now over overseas, and those whose roots are in Tynagh, Killeen, Abbey, or Duniry, we hope this will keep you in touch with club events back home. Sincere thanks to all our players, management teams, parents, pitch co-ordinators community development workers, sponsors, lotto sellers, supporters, and adult and juvenile officers, for your commitment and support during the past year, it is very much appreciated and helped ensure we had a very active and successful year Among the highlights of 2011 were being crowned National Winners of the Spirit of the Club Award on St Patricks Day in Croke Park. The hosting of Feile na Gael in June. Winning the Minor A and Junior C1 County Championships. The turn out to welcome home the Galway Minor Team with three of our own players and the Irish Press Cup, to be followed a week later with Galway capturing the All Ireland Under 21 title with another three members on board being the most prominent.
